Here is a photo of Willard with Aunt Esther and Uncle Floyd. I don't know who is leaning on the car. Willard looks like he is around 15 in this picture. Esther's mother and Willard's father were sister and brother. They adopted him when he was orphaned at age 7. As an adult he remained closer to his older brothers and sister than to them.

Having Willard passing away after Esther and Floyd must be hard for you. You must feel like all of your older relatives are going to be gone. Don't think that you are next. We want you to live a lot longer life to see our babies grow up. Go to the doctor when things start growing in wierd places. You know your body better than anyone else. It was really nice to find this old photo. Seems that this blog is not updated anymore, but I will write this comment anyway.
Esther was my distant relative, but did not met her. But she has met my mother in Helsinki, Finland long time ago.
They also used to write letters to each others then. But they lost connection many many years ago. Parents of Esther and also Willard's father were born in Pudasjärvi, Finland. Esther's father was cousin of my grandfathers mother.
