Sunrise

"Red sky at morning, sailors take warning"

A beautiful sunrise.

More sunrise pictures from the neighbor's yard. I woke up at 6 am and saw how red the sky was so I went downstairs, got in my wheelchair, and headed out the driveway (in my nightgown, no coat) and went up to the neighbor's house to get these photos.

Another sunrise photo.

Yup--that old saying is true. This is what the next day looked like. This is in the Fred Meyer parking lot and boy did we have a big wind and rain storm during the night. Luckily--the roof finally got shingled!!

Granted I am not usually up for sunrise, but I don't think I have ever seen a red sunrise. The pictures looked like sunset! They are great photos. I really liked your post. It reminds me of you and how you think!

Hi Grandma!
I'm embarassed to say that this is the first time I've actually had a chance to look at everyone's blog. We have been so busy with the house and we are tapping into internet from the RV stop down the road, the access isn't always the greatest. Devon is hanging out next to me in his brand new walker. I think he just figured out that it moves and he's squeeling! Your town is so beautiful, I'd love to come and visit
